Ice Hockey Announce 'Wavefunction Collapse' LP, Tour Dates [SCHEDULE]

Iowa rockers Ice Hockey are beginning 2015 in style: They just signed to Texas Is Funny in time to release a new record, Wavefunction Collapse, and hit the road for a bunch of shows.

That is great news because the last year has been tough.

"This was written in a very tumultuous time for the band," the group told Brooklyn Vegan about new song "Solar Myths and Autumn." "A few of the members left and it was just guitar and drums for a month or so. The majority of the material was written then. We had just gotten back from a short tour where we played with bands like The Reptilian and Alta and we were looking to gain a little more subtlety and maturity in our songs."
