Waka Flocka Flame has been making some interesting appearances lately. Whether it is Funny or Die spots or throat lozenge commercials, Waka has shown his versatility outside the studio. He made a quick visit with Jason Probst and the team behind the successful Minecraft Universe YouTube account dedicated to the incredibly successful computer game Minecraft. Stopping in between shows on the #Toat2k15 tour in California with DJ Whoo Kid, novice Minecraft player Waka tried his hand at the game and seemed rather amused by the whole thing with a character swagged out with a gold chain, as much as one can be as a boxy character, from head to toe.
Waka seems rather out of place, making comments that he is "ready to turn up" multiple times including at the opening saying he is "ready to turn up and get that bow and arrow" and "I got a whole knife now, turnt!" The whole scene is surreal with Waka and a teenager playing a video game side by side via Just Whoo Kid.
Waka has starred in some pretty hilarious videos of late. Most recently, a 30-second ad designed for the AMAs was banned from airing, but still got a lot of attention on the Internet and saw Waka providing solutions to soar throat relief with Pine Brothers throat lozenges.
He also put out an ad to find the best blunt roller around who would take the task out of his hands and in return the roller would get paid $50,000 a year. Seth Rogen had a crack at it and thousands of people applied.
Waka appears to have gotten the short end of the Minecraft straw as many other artists and celebrities were invited over the founder Markus "Notch" Persson's $70 million home, where he outbid Jay Z and Beyoncé for the house.
