Chris Brown will not be prosecuted in the hit-and-run after being charged in May for leaving the scene of a minor car accident without giving his identification.
The other driver, Olga Gure-Kovalenko doesn't want the singer to be prosecuted and Chris' attorney, Mark Geragos, submitted a legal file to have the charges dropped.
According to TMZ, Freddy Sayegh, Olga's lawyer, says that his client doesn't want any money since there wasn't and damage to her or her vehicle.
L.A. City Attorney did not agree to dropping the charges yet and eve so, Chris could still be charged with driving without a valid California license

The L.A. City Attorney's office filed two criminal charges against after rear-ending a vehicle. Chris Brown is accused of giving false insurance information and a non-valid drivers license.
According to Hollywoodlife a source close to Tran who was in the vehicle during the hit-and-run says that she supports her former lover, "It's a shame what's happening to Chris," the source adds, "Karrueche's got his back! She was there and witnessed the whole thing. She saw how everything went down."
Karrueche Tran was key witness during the accident and the source says that she will be defend him if need be, "She was right there and watched Chris give this woman all his information and she even gave the woman her phone number, since she was involved."
