Pretty Lights (a.k.a. Derek Vincent Smith) is streaming A Color Map of the Sun Remixes in full now on his website. A Color Map of the Sun was the DJ's fourth album and the first composed entirely by Smith.
Rolling Stone describes the LP as "anchored by thumping drums and dreamy soundscapes" and the new remixed record "radically overhauling his originals into something more impulsive and aggressive." Notable remixes on the record are "Around the Block," "All I've Ever Known" and "Sweet Song Life."
A Color Map of the Sun Remixes is due out December 10. Pretty Lights is currently on tour in support of the album. Listen to the remix album in full here, and let us know what you think in the comments section below!
