Foo Fighters played first-ever Mexico gig last night with a 27-song setlist

Foo Fighters performed their highly anticipated Mexico City gig last night. The show at Foro Sol marked the first time the band has played in Mexico. According to Setlist.fm, the band alternated between playing its greatest hits, songs off 2011's Wasting Light and covers of The Beatles, Pink Floyd and Tom Petty.

Leading up to the show, the band played an intimate show for about 200 people at Rock and Roll Pizza outside of Los Angeles -the first show they've played together in almost two years. They also released a rehearsal photo of a bloody guitar pick as well as a hilarious promo video for the Mexico gig featuring Erik Estrada.

The band returns to the Mexico City stage for a second performance tomorrow night. Check out the full 27-song setlist and fan footage of the show here. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
