Kanye West Executive Producing Rihanna's New Album: "FourFiveSeconds" Stars Teaming Up Again

Kanye West: perform two songs

The pair recently dropped the single "FourFiveSeconds," which will reportedly be on both of their new releases.

"I played her my album," West told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet during the pre-show telecast (via XXL). "And I said, 'I got a few songs with Paul McCartney.' She couldn't get past the record. She had to have it on her album. So now we're at the GRAMMYs doing it."

This follows an unconfirmed report that Sir Paul would be executive producing the new Kanye record, but we can be pretty sure this Rihanna news is true because, well, it came from West himself.

In the same interview, Seacrest suggested that West -- who has also been preparing a new clothing line for Adidas -- has a... beneficial condition (via Vanity Fair).

SEACREST: "Attention deficit disorder is a good thing."

WEST: "It's also just called . . . thinking."

Classic. Seacrest also asked about a recent Waffle House date that 'Ye went on with bride Kim Kardashian, John Legend and supermodel Chrissy Teigen. A couple viral photos emerged from the night, both of which showed West deadpanning for the camera.

"That's my look," West said. "Everyone knows that now. Not smiling makes me smile."

West was nominated for Best Rap Song for "Bound 2" at this year's Grammys. But he figures to take home more hardware next February after both his and Rihanna's new LPs drop. He's eighth all-time in Grammy wins (21), and fifth all-time in nominations (53).
