Bobbi Kristina to Be Taken Off Life Support on Anniversary of Whitney Houston's Death

It looks like the end is finally near for Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has spent the last 10 days in a medically induced coma. The 21-year-old is reportedly brain dead after being found submerged in a bathtub, and after days of holding vigil at her bedside, the Houston and Brown families seem to have done the impossible: They have reached a decision on what comes next. Apparently, they all understand that Brown is not going to come out of this, and they are ready to let her go by taking her off life support on the anniversary of her mother Whitney Houston's death.

According to a report by Page Six, the family is united in this. Bobbi's grandmother Cissy Houston floated the idea of a Feb. 11 death over the weekend during discussions with the Brown family at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

The Browns gave their blessing to pull the plug at the stroke of midnight to align the date with the 2012 death of the legendary singer at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The move is a symbolic way to keep the mother and daughter together for eternity, according to a Brown family source.

Police are also still trying to piece together the last hours of Brown's life. A full investigation was reportedly triggered by the fact that she has facial injuries that cannot yet be explained, although some have tried to say they were a result of the CPR that was performed on her. There has also reportedly been a history of domestic violence between Brown and her live-in boyfriend, Nick Gordon, so he is at the center of the investigation. He has been banned from the hospital and has reportedly lawyered up and is not speaking with anyone willingly right now.
