CHVRCHES Cover Justin Timberlake 'Cry Me A River' with Edge in BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge [WATCH]

The BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge has given us a great selection of covers, from Hozier's "Problem" to Charli XCX's "Shake It Off" and the classic Lorde take on "Don't Tell 'Em," and now there's another new buzzy viral cover making its way around the Internet. Today (Feb. 20), indie rock banc CHVRCHES took on the Justin Timberlake classic "Cry Me a River," giving it a biting, industrial style cover that's deserving of Mr. Jessica Biel.

CHVRCHES, led by Lauren Mayberry give the 2002 Justified track a cool, creepy cover. Emphasized by screeching synths and funky drums, "Cry Me A River" has never quite sounded like this before.

Mayberry's vocals contrast perfectly to the heavy instrumentation, as she emotionally sings the lyrics about the treacherous, two-timing ex-girlfriend (cough, cough Britney Spears). Her way of singing "I found out from him" is particularly biting and emotional - making for a perfect cover.

When they're not busy covering Justin Timberlake catalogue songs for an English radio station, CHVRCHES are busy making new music. Yesterday the band also dropped a new track with DJ Eric Prydz, entitled "Tether."
