'RHOBH' Reunion Cut Short Because of Yolanda Foster's Lyme Disease

Yolanda Foster is probably one of the most real and likable characters ever to appear on reality television. Even in the chaos of a drama-filled show like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Foster is always trying to bring people together and make them work out their differences rather than continue to backstab each other. Foster, a former international model, is also known for taking her work obligations very seriously, but when it came time to take the RHOBH's reunion show last weekend, Bravo knew that her current battle with Lyme disease was going to make things difficult.

According to a report by Radar Online, Andy Cohen and the other powers-that-be were more than willing to switch things up so that Foster could take part.

"The reunions are typically filmed between the final episodes of the season. Yolanda wanted to be a part of it, but because of her ongoing treatment, and memory issues, she needed the reunion to film earlier than it had been scheduled," an insider explained to Radar Online. "The producers consulted with the other ladies, and they had no problem with doing it earlier. The reunion filmed for over eight hours, but Yolanda only was able to stay for two hours. It would have just been way too hard for her to do the entire day. The main issue with Yolanda's health is the constant fatigue, and serious memory issues. Recently, Yolanda has had trouble just forming sentences, and sometimes can't clearly articulate what she is trying to say."

Foster, in recent months, has been very open about her battle with Lyme disease and how the recent setbacks that she has experienced have affected her. She has said that formulating and articulating thoughts has been harder than ever because Foster feels like someone has confiscated her brain and is forcing her to just watch as life goes by. Apparently Foster's appearance at the reunion taping had everyone choked up because if anyone in this franchise manages to be liked by everyone across the board, it's her.

Do you think that Foster will be able to return for another season of RHOBH or is this taping kind of like her final bow from reality television? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
