After being pregnant for what seems like forever and showing off her baby bump on every possible red carpet, Carrie Underwood has finally given birth to her first child. Today (March 3), the "Little Toy Guns" singer announced that she and her hockey player husband Mike Fisher have welcomed their little bundle of joy into the world with their first baby photo and a name announcement!
Underwood announced her newborn son on Instagram, pronouncing "Tiny hands and tiny feet... God has blessed us with an amazing gift!"
Underwood also announced her baby's name.. Isaiah Michael Fisher. The middle name, of course, is named after her husband and the first name seems to have biblical connections. Isaiah was a profit, who is connected to the Old Testament Book of Isaiah.
Underwood also revealed that it's been a few days since her son was welcomed into this world - she gave birth on Friday, Feb. 27.
Underwood also shared the first ever public photograph of her son, though she was careful to obscure his face, showing off just one of those perfect tiny hands.

Baby Isaiah is the first child for Underwood and Fisher. The couple wed in July 2010 and announced their pregnancy on Labor Day, 2014.
