Jack White hit the studio again in 2013 to record with The Dead Weather for their new singles series that will lead up to the release of a full album in 2015. Now, White has also confirmed the release of a follow up to his 2012 debut solo album, Blunderbuss.
As Consequence of Sound points out, White revealed the news in a Reddit chat session with fans. He told them he is "producing two albums this month, and finishing them. ...one of them is mine." White had announced last year in an interview with BBC 6 Music News that he already had 20 songs written for a new record.
White has also been busy recently co-releasing a Paramount Records box set with partners Revenant Records and releasing a Bumble Buzz guitar pedal that resembles the pedal he used on the Blunderbuss track "I'm Shakin'."
