Jhené Aiko is clear on what she wants in her new track "Living Room Flow." The singer released her smooth track today (March 19).
Aiko's feel-good, laid-back and smooth track outlines exactly what the singer is feeling. She declares in "Living Room Flow" (via Genius): "No one's ever done it/That is why I want it all the time/I don't want your heart/Or your love/Just do what you do to my body..."
When it comes to relationships, the singer is also very vocal about what she wants. In a 2014 interview with Complex, Aiko opened up about what she's like in a relationship and how she is practicing to be a wife.
"I'm loyal in relationships. If I'm your girlfriend, that's it. I'm practicing to be your wife at that point because I treat it seriously. I feel like I was born to be a mom and a wife and totally domesticated. I'm not going to spend my time trying to prove that I am really who I say I am," Aiko told Complex. "Sometimes guys worry about what happens when Jhené goes on tour. I can control myself. But if I'm single I don't have anything I'm obligated to do for you. At the same time, I would like a man to take control and say, 'I don't want you to talk to those guys.' Give me rules. Yeah! Why not? Be a man. But I can say that there is a person and I hope that we grow to blossom and be everything a beautiful couple can be."
She later added, "I don't know what the future holds. I could meet someone tomorrow and I'll have to call you and be like, 'Remember that part where I said there's a person? That changed. It's a new one.' Just because you never know, I'm young."
