Suge Knight Passes Out in Court After Judge Sets Bail at $25 Million [WATCH]

Hearing the announcement of his bail was apparently too much for Suge Knight to handle. The former head of Death Row Records reportedly passed out in court after a judge set his bail at $25 million.

As reported by XXL, Knight folded over in his seat, apparently unconscious, after the judge read the figure. In brief a clip, two court officers can be seen rushing to his side, directing a third, presumably to find medical help.

Knight currently faces murder and attempted murder charges stemming from a January incident in which he allegedly killed one man and severely injured another with his car after an altercation on the set of Straight Outta Compton, the forthcoming N.W.A. biopic. He recently plead not guilty.

After Knight was revived, his lawyer argued to the judge that the bail was excessive and made a mockery of the system. He noted that Knight was not "a billionaire."

He also made reference to the Fox drama Empire, arguing that the prosecution was not living in the real world and comparing his client to Terrence Howard's fictional character.

Following initial reports of sky high bail, prosecutors cited the hip-hop mogul's violent past, noting 31 different incidents in which Knight is either accused of threatening others or using violence. He had reportedly been extorting rappers and athletes who hoped to work in Los Angeles or Las Vegas, according to Billboard.

That same report also claimed that the mogul has laundered more than $10 million since 2002.

Suge Knight claims that he was acting in self defense when he ran over the two men. His claim may be supported by Cle "Bone" Sloan's statement to police that he "f*cked [Knight] up."

Sloan admitted that he punched Knight through the driver's-side window, which is why Knight could not exit his vehicle.
