Just days after announcing her intentions to release a new album Jackie later this year and unveiling the sensual artwork, Ciara has finally given her LP a release date. Today (April 3), the "I Bet" singer announced that her self-titled follow-up is just one month away.
Ciara's album Jackie, which is named after her mother, will be released on May 4, Rap-Up reports. The spring release date comes just one day after Ciara's planned Jackie Tour, which will kick off on May 3 in Chicago.

For her sixth studio album, Ciara has enlisted the likes of Dr. Luke, Diane Warren, The Underdogs and more as collaborators.
Though Jackie has now received an official release date and album artwork, the record has still yet to receive a full tracklist. It's currently being led by the heartbreaking ballad "I Bet," which dropped in January.
