Of text messages obtained between Justin Bieber and ex-Selena Gomez, RadarOnline claims "they're real and they're graphic." Apparently the messages were sent from a phone under Selena Gomez's stepfather's name, to a friend. While Bieber's home was searched last week after the alleged house egging, sources warned that someone was shopping around fake text messages (and nude pictures of Bieber) to publications to snatch up. The hoax that everyone has been waiting for has officially been published on Radar as an "exclusive."
The alleged conversation string starts of sweetly enough, with "Bieber" saying he loves Gomez. "Gomez" shoots back:
"I don't buy that bullshit anymore. I was honest with you and I gave you a second chance. All my friends were right, You're such an a**hole."
The text response reads, "You're all I need right now. I know I can make it right with you." "Gomez" then tells him he is a drug addict who needs help.
Apparently when this didn't work the pop star, he took the attempted seduction route, sexting over explicit pictures.
She texted back "Stop it. You need to listen to Scooter and go to rehab. U r sick." Scooter Braun is Bieber's manager. The whole conversation is long and heated, with a joke thrown in about Bieber's "retirement" as a scam for attention. It ends with Bieber exploding at her with expletives and calling Gomez "talentless."
It does all sound very staged, but that hasn't stopped RadarOnline from running it as real. They even posted iPhone screenshots of the conversation with the piece.
Do you think anyone is buying the text exchange as true to life? Can Bieber be taken seriously in the music industry when he seems to be living in the gossip world most of the time?
