Justin Bieber to be arraigned on Valentine's Day for DUI charges

Justin Bieber is not looking to have a very sexy Valentine's Day... that is, unless you can call an arraignment for DUI charges with a South Florida judge a hot date.

According to People and The Associated Press, a Miami-Dade County judge has set the "All That Matters" singer's arraignment date for Feb. 14. For those that skipped that day in law school, an arraignment is when charges are officially filed and the defendant enters a plea of Guilty or Not Guilty.

Although, luckily for Bieber, he may not technically be required to appear in court, so he can chill by the fire and eat fondue with whomever is his sweetheart this Valentine's Day.

In case you've happened to forget, Bieber will be facing charges following his arrest last week for drag racing in the suburbs of Miami Beach. According to the police report, Bieber was going nearly twice the legal limit on the Miami streets and admitted to drinking, smoking weed and taking prescription anti-depressants.

He then resisted arrest, repeatedly asking the cop why he stopped him and telling him he hadn't done anything wrong, with a bunch of F-bombs, of course.

He was arrested on charges of DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired license.

The DUI arrest and this legal battle is jus the latest unfortunate incident for the increasingly troubled 19-year-old pop star. In the last year alone, Bieber has been recorded peeing in a bucket while cursing Bill Clinton, being ushered out of a brothel and spray painting (possibly illegally) all over the world.
