Katy Perry auctions meet & greet plus Prismatic tour tickets on Charitybuzz for Pablove Foundation

Katy Perry was at the center of one of 2013's biggest charitable auctions, raising $66,000 for Musicians On Call. If that seems like a pricey meet & greet to you, keep in mind that it was for the cause and included a concert. The pop songstress is teaming up with Charitybuzz to meet a lucky fan again, along with giving away tickets to her Prismatic World Tour. Opening acts include Tegan and Sara, Kacey Musgraves and Capital Cities.

This year's charity is The Pablove Foundation, which not only works on pediatric cancer research, but also enhances the lives of children living with cancer via cultural programs in the hospital centered around music and other arts. The charity is named in honor of Pablo Thrailkill Castelaz, who passed away from cancer at age six.

The bids have already exceeded the $2,500 estimated value, to reach $8,000 and rising. We'll be watching to see if it breaks last year's record. The auction will run until February 13th, 2014.

Today, Charitybuzz auctioned off a meet & greet with Imagine Dragons at the Super Bowl pre-party. The auction was spotted last at $3,750.00 during the "extended bidding period," and the funds will go toward the same foundation.

The following four prizes are still up for grabs in the music realm:

  • Tickets to the Time Warner Cable & REVOLT Exclusive Event featuring Drake and special guest, Sean "Diddy" Combs. (Estimated value $2,500)
  • Tickets to the Foo Fighters show at the Bud Light Main Event, pre-Super Bowl (Estimated value $3000)
  • "Eat & Greet" Southern Ground Grub with the Zac Brown Band pre-show, made by Zac and Chef Rusty (Estimated value $1,000)
  • Lunch with Beats Music CEO Ian Rogers and tour at Headquarters in Los Angeles (Estimated value $3,000)

'Tis the season for music events! Which would you go for?
