It's safe to say, Ray J has officially made his return to music. The singer teamed up with Lil Wayne for his new song "Brown Sugar."
On his latest release, Ray J sings about his love for the flavors of the female body and Wayne provides a verse about his the way he woos the ladies.
I'm a junkie for your love girl, your body like 'base
I got some cocaine on the mirror, you could powder your face
I told her take her panties off, she said 'what are those?'
'Bout to play up in that sugar like the Sugar Bowl
No word on whether or not this song will definitely wind up on Ray's forthcoming Raydiation 2 album. He recently teamed up with Bobby V and Pleasure P on a track titled "Bad Habit."
Take a listen to "Brown Sugar" here:
Back in March, reports began to circulate that Ray J quit VH1's Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood after just one season. It was initially reported that he decided to leave the show to reconcile with girlfriend Princess Love, who also appeared on the reality series.
In February, Love was arrested in New Orleans after she allegedly cracked several of Ray's ribs, busted his lip open and tore his ACL.
After an emergency meeting with producers, Ray J opted to stay on the show.
According to a report by TMZ, "Ray J hashed out his problems with the show's creator, Mona Scott, at dinner Wednesday night ... along with his girlfriend, Princess Love. We're told Ray J asked Mona to show more of the good parts of his and PL's relationship. Mona agreed, but insisted on keeping some drama on cam too. She knows what pays the bills. In the end, we're told Ray agreed to more balance -- and just to seal the deal, Mona sweetened the pot with a new contract that includes ratings bonuses."
