J. Roddy Walston and the Business made their late night television debut on Conan last night to perform "Take It As it Comes" off their latest album, Essential Tremors. The Baltimore-based group appeared to be having a blast on stage with Walston sitting at his piano for the track.
The band had been in the New York City area over the weekend to perform at BB Kings Friday night and open for the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the Barclays Center Saturday night. They had dubbed the weekend the #JRoddyBowl and asked fans to use the hashtag leading up to their Conan appearance for a chance to win tickets to their upcoming tour.
The band will embark on a North American tour with Cage the Elephant and Foals beginning in April after their slots at Coachella. Check out their Conan performance and see if they are headed to a city near you below. Let us know what you think in the comments section!
