Three People Arrested in Connection with Theft of Stradivarius Violin from Frank Almond of Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra

Milwaukee County prosecutors say that three people have been arrested in connection with the theft of the "Ex-Lipiński" Stradivarius violin, FoxNews.com reported earlier today.

Two men, ages 36 and 41, and a 32-year-old woman were arrested by Milwaukee police on the morning of February 3. All three suspects are Milwaukee-area residents.

Assistant district attorney Kent Lovern told FoxNews that he couldn't reveal any information other than the arrests. A decision on whether or not to charge the suspects with a crime was unlikely to happen before Thursday.

Milwaukee police are questioning the three suspects, who can only be held until February 6 without charging them.

The "Ex-Lipiński" Stradivarius violin was stolen from Frank Almond, concertmaster of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, during an armed robbery on January 27.
