After months and months of delays and mystery, Mariah Carey's new album The Art Of Letting Go finally has a release date and third official single title.
After performing a new song "You're Mine (Eternal)" over the weekend at the BET Honors Ceremony, which let the single title out of the bag, Carey announced the new release date for The Art Of Letting Go and new release date for the album's third single.
After initially being teased for a Valentine's Day release (Friday, Feb. 14), "You're Mine (Eternal)" is now set to drop slightly early, on Wednesday, Feb. 12. The Art Of Letting Go will then follow, with a new due date of May 6.
Carey announced the new single and album release date via a two-minute YouTube video. Set to her biggest-ever hit "We Belong Together," the clip celebrated Carey's massive past success, including multiple platinum albums, dozens of awards and unprecedented solo success on the Billboard charts.

Perhaps she's banking on her successes of the past to carry her into the future, particularly after The Art Of Letting Go's first two singles, "#Beautiful" and "The Art Of Letting Go" failed to truly resonate with audiences.
Regardless, "You're Mine (Eternal)," which features Valentines-themed cover art, complete with plenty of colorful conversation hearts, will drop Wednesday.
