The 2015 BET Awards definitely had no shortage of star power, as icons such as Berry Gordy, Smokey Robinson, Patti LaBelle, Janet Jackson and more graced the show with their presences. In addition to high energy performances from the likes of Chris Brown, Tyga and Diddy along with a slew of former Bad Boy Records alum, as well as the tribute to Dance Icon honoree, Janet Jackson, featuring Ciara, Jason Derulo and Tinashe. Let us not forget about the epic tribute to icon Robinson as well the "come to Jesus" moment from sworn enemies K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton, who put aside their past differences and did a duet together, until they were accompanied and upstaged by musical legend LaBelle. While the evening definitely had lots of high points and nostalgic moments, I would be remiss not to mention some of the plain fall-out-of-your-seat funny moments that occurred throughout the night. LOL! Check out 10 funniest memes and moments from the 2015 BET Awards below.
From the red carpet fashions to some of the live performances, most award shows are bound to have a few faux pas moments. Needless to say, the stars at the 2015 BET Awards were not excluded. The night included funny moments such as the camera panning to Rihanna, who was a vision of beauty and poise, all while having a massive roll of duct tape in her hand. Which we later found out was used to pipe down boxing champ Floyd Mayweather, who sat annoyingly close to the Bajan pop star during the show. The fun definitely didn't stop there as it continued all evening long, and iDigitalTimes was there to capture some of the funniest memes and craziest moments of the night you may have missed while refilling your popcorn. Honestly, there were just too many memorable and entertaining moments to mention in one article. Haven't got your fill, or you missed some of the incredible moments from last night's show? Head over to BET to relieve the experience. In the meantime, check out some of my favorite funny moments below.
