Luke Bryan may have given up on his "Spring Break" tour after this year's joint, but the "Farm Tour" is still going strong, as the country star announced the dates for 2015. The performer has performed the tour for seven years now, playing concerts on farms near agricultural communities while setting aside ticket proceeds to provide college scholarships for local students.
As with last year's tour, this run will consist of eight dates. Last year's "Farm Tour" brought in more than 110,000 fans. This year's event stands to bring in even more attendees, if the capacities of the respective venues allow for it. Bryan has been one of the best-selling names in music, with his 2013 album Crash My Party going double-platinum. The follow-up, Stone Country, will be released on August 7, making the "Farm Tour" among the first dates following the release of the new album.
No openers have been named as of yet for the concert series, but we have a hunch who might be on the lineup. Cole Swindell and the Peach Pickers opened for Bryan on the "Farm Tour" during both 2013 and 2014. Both represent the headliner's home state of Georgia, where he'll once again be playing multiple shows.
Here are the dates for the forthcoming "Farm Tour." As we mentioned above, the shows take place on actual farmland (versus arenas), so there aren't exactly recognizable names to go with the venues yet. Bryan's camp will provide more information closer to the run kicking off during September.
