Chris Brown is being sued for allegedly beating up a man over a basketball foul

Chris Brown is now allegedly declaring allegiance to the Bloods, according to SPIN, after beating someone up on a basketball court. A man named Malcolm Ausbon filed a lawsuit with the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles on Thursday claiming that he called a foul on Brown during a game at the area 24 Hour Fitness and that Brown then held onto the ball in protest. Brown allegedly threatened to "put these hands on you" and declared himself a Blood.

As SPIN notes, the complaint then states that three members from his entourage, not dressed in workout attire, came at him. One of them said, "If you f**k with Chris, you f**k with us." The game resumed, and they joined Brown on the court and attacked Ausbon. The description said the group then, "began to strike, punch, kick, pull, and stomp Ausbon's head and body." The reportedly left him on the ground. Shortly after, Ausbon was sent to the emergency room.

According to SPIN, Ausbon is not only suing Brown and his posse but also the gym, claiming negligence and vicarious liability for the physical and emotional damage he suffered.
