R&B singer Ciara and NFL baller Russell Wilson have quickly become one of our favorite new couples in entertainment, as the two recently attended the 2015 BET Awards show for Ciara's tribute to Janet Jackson, and looked incredible together. The two have been seemingly inseparable since getting together four or five months ago, as Wilson told host Jimmy Kimmel when he stopped by to chat about his current contract limbo (in addition to his superstar girlfriend), who he admitted was a "very special girl," and that they are no longer easing into their relationship status but officially an item. Which is great because, Kimmel did a little digging himself and found some pretty incriminating evidence on Ciara, which is when Wilson admitted that the incriminating evidence found was in fact the reason for their very first argument. In addition, the couple is actually doing great things with their celebrity as the two recently participated in a charity function that raised $600K for children with Cancer.
While some fans may be torn believing the two are too good to be true and that this could possibly be a PR ploy, people can't seem to get enough of this duo. When Wilson stopped by Kimmel and the host turned to the topic of Ciara, he asked Wilson if he had ever seen the below Instagram video, where his songstress Cici pledged allegiance to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. LOL. Ouch. Wilson however laughed it off in good fun, telling host that this was actually the reason behind the couple's first fight.
The couple were also recently spotted at Wilson's "The Drive" fundraiser where the proceeds go to the Seattle Children's Hospital in an effort to help raise money and awareness for children fighting cancer. The event was said to have raised $600K in donations, in addition to the couple showing off at one point of the evening after Wilson encourages his lady to "run a route" in which he tosses her a football, and she actually catches it while in a crowd of spectators. How cool is that? The couple plays together stays together...you think these two may go the distance?
