It's all in the romance ... that is the key to their successful marriage, according to Nicole Kidman. The actress spoke with InStyle magazine for the March issue (now on the stands) and she was candid about keeping love going with Keith Urban after seven years, two kids, addiction issues and time apart due to work.
When Keith was interviewed last week by YourTango, he summed up he and Nic's strong marriage by saying, "We just work at it. We love each other and we work at it. It's beautiful work."
For Keith, part of that work comes in the form of love notes. "For every single night he’s away, he leaves me a love letter," Nicole shared. "Every single night of our relationship."
Keeping the family together as much as possible with two busy careers that require a lot of travel and time apart is another area the two stars work hard on. Kidman and the couple's two daughters (Sunday, who is 5 and Faith, who is 3) can frequently be found on the tour bus with dad, traveling the country.
"That’s basically how I’ve seen most of America, on that bus," Kidman said. "Keith and I are both gypsies at heart. We can make our home wherever we are. The girls are like that too now, so we take them everywhere."
When the bus isn't an option, Keith flies home to Nashville in between shows and when Nicole is filming, Keith and the girls love to join her on the film set.
