Following the success of his single "Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)," Rich Homie Quan has decided to drop some new music. His latest offering is titled "Break A Table."
As noted by Rap-Up, the HamSquad-produced record is slated to be featured on the upcoming Strictly 4 the Traps N Trunks 96 mixtape, hosted by OJ Da Juiceman.
Strictly 4 the Traps N Trunks 95 was released last month and featured the likes of Alley Boy, Shy Glizzy, OG Maco and the Migos, among many others.
Back in March, the former Rich Gang affiliate clarified his decision to focus on his debut album.
"I have been focusing more on myself, I've stepped away from Rich Gang a little bit just to get back to Quan," he said. "The people want Quan back. It's cool for the moment."
More recently, he shared his plans for his forthcoming release and a fall drop.
"The album will be dropping in the fall, yes yes," Quan said during an interview with XXL magazine. "I've yet to come up with a name or title, but I'm about 40 percent done. But I'm going back to telling the story of Quan, so you can look forward to more songs like 'Daddy,' more painful, soulful songs. Just telling my story, telling you where I want to go, where I see myself going in the next couple of years. Telling all the fun I'm having, but you'll definitely hear a lot of pain on it. A lot of pain."
"Flex" recently became the most played song at urban radio and made the "Type of Way" rapper the first independent artist to have a No. 1 song at urban radio since DJ Unk's "Walk It Out" in November 2006.
