Chris Brown's Home Robbed, His Aunt Held at Gunpoint

Chris Brown's new home in the San Fernando Valley in L.A. was broken into last night at around 2 A.M. Brown was not home during the robbery -- he was spotted leaving a Hollywood nightclub at the same time the break in occurred -- but his aunt was home. She was reportedly held at gunpoint before being thrown in a closet while three men stole "money and other property."

Law enforcement officers have told TMZ they believe the robbers targeted Brown's house ahead of time. While holding Chris's aunt at gunpoint, they reportedly told her they knew the property belonged to her nephew.

After they fled the house, Brown's aunt called 911. When the police arrived, no suspects were found near the premises.

Below you can see footage of Brown entering and leaving club Argyle, around 12:30 A.M. and 2:13 A.M., respectively. We expect he returned to find his home swarmed by police, though we haven't yet gotten a statement from the "Loyal" singer.

About two months ago, Brown was also MIA when his home was the subject of a break in -- though, in that incident, the circumstances were less threatening. Brown returned home to find a naked woman in his bed. The obsessed, mentally ill fan had also vandalized his house and some of his vehicles with messages of "love."

She's facing charges of felony burglary, vandalism and stalking. We expect the charges of last night's perpetrators, if caught, will be even more severe.

In music news, Brown just released a new single, "Liquor," which will be the lead off his recently announced seventh studio album, which he plans to release this fall.
