"Blow a Bag" rapper Future's hard work is definitely paying off. After dropping three mixtapes consecutively, Monster, Beastmode and 56 Nights, the emcee is gearing up for the biggest opening week in his career with his third album, Dirty Sprite 2 (DS2). In celebration of his projected 125K-135K units for the album's first week, the ATL rapper announced on Sunday, via his Instagram, that he would be kicking off a free four-city tour to commemorate the big milestone.
Future took to social media early Sunday and announced that he would be hosting a free four city tour in Atlanta (July 20), Chicago (July 21), New York (July 22) and Los Angeles (July 23). The venues and details of the tour dates will be released soon.
Lately, Future has found himself in the middle of many headlines, such as when fellow Atlanta rapper OG Maco dissed him for glorifying drug use, as well as the rapper sharing his disdain of ex-fiancée Ciara having another man around their son.
However, therapper shows no signs of slowing up and in a recent interview with the Breakfast Club, he mentioned he is looking to drop another project this year. The self-proclaimed "Codeine Cowboy" has essentially hit his stride as his newest project is expected to yield three times the amount that his sophomore album, Honest did in its first week.
