Farm Aid is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and to help raise money for family farms, Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellancamp, Dave Matthews are putting on a big show in Chicago.
Today (July 28), the full lineup for Farm Aid 30 was announced as well as details surrounding the annual event. As Rolling Stone reports, the previously mentioned performers and board members of Farm Aid will be headlining this year's show, bringing along some bigwigs in the worlds of rock and country. Nelson, Young, Mellancamp and Matthews will be joined by everyone from Imagine Dragons to Old Crow Medicine Show to Kacey Musgraves and Jack Johnson.
For this big anniversary, Farm Aid 30 will take place at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island in Chicago on Sept. 19. Farm Aid was originally founded in 1985 by Nelson, Young and Mellancamp during the Farm Crisis.
