Fetty Wap Joins Taylor Swift for 'Trap Queen' on '1989' Tour

Taylor Swift has once again managed to grab one of the stars of the summer for her ongoing "1989" tour, as Fetty Wap joined the biggest-name-in-music (right now) to perform his hit "Trap Queen" in Seattle. The bestselling performer of the year has already nabbed guest spots from The Weeknd, Jason Derulo and Nick Jonas during the tour.

If you think about it…this is kind of the weirdest pairing we can imagine, as Swift is as far from running a trap as musicians come. That said, she's got a thing for creating music that the world latches onto immediately, and Fetty is one-for-one in that category as well.

Fetty didn't have much to do after playing at the HARD Summer Event near Los Angeles on August 2—his current schedule doesn't have him playing another show until August 12 in Kansas City, as part of Chris Brown's "One Hell of A Nite" tour. He figured he had nothing to lose by selling himself to an arena full of some of the most dedicated fans in music…and the attention from music media that came as a result.

Of course, Swift may have enjoyed the performance even more, calling it "the happiest moment of my life to date" on social media. Well then.

What act should Swift grab next for a guest spot? Nicki Minaj? Slayer? Throw out a wild idea in the comments section below.
