Electric Zoo 2015 Set Times: Scheduling Conflicts Rare This Year

Electric Zoo: 2015 edition

Like last year, Electric Zoo kicks off each day at 1 p.m. and ends at 11 p.m. Unlike in years past, there is only one main stage, which is both a cost saving measure in terms of bookings and production, as well as a nod towards the flattening of genres in dance music where fans have a more diverse taste then in the past. There are still five stages, but the fifth is a smaller "Treehouse" stage.

One new wrinkle is that the festival has only scheduled two acts during the headlining slot. The main stage each night will host its big tickets headliners, The Chemical Brothers, Above & Beyond and Alesso, while the Sunday School Tent will play up until closing with Adam Beyer, Get Real (Claude VonStroke and Green Velvet) and Hot Since 82.

This will either make these two stages unbearably crowded or make it easier to see the main acts in the Riverside Tent and Hilltop Arena, who in previous years drew smaller crowds competing against the main stage headliners.

There aren't many scheduling conflicts, but there are a few on each day. Choosing between Keys N Krates and Alison Wonderland, who are both known to bring it, between 6 and 7, will be difficult.

Each stage on Saturday is so different that fans will be able to make a choice based on personal preference pretty easily, but Sunday more conflicts arise.

Throughout the day and night, going back and forth between the Hilltop Arena and Riverside will be tough for fans who want to see the likes of Goldroom vs SNBRN or The Glitch Mob vs Robin Schulz or Com Truise vs Le Youth.
