The weather isn't the only thing you need to prepare for this year, so put the scarves, boots, and pumpkin lattes aside, while you enjoy these trailers from 11 fantastic films we know you'll love.

This guide will allow you to get a feel of what you can expect from some of Hollywood's biggest actors and actresses this year. The featured films star everyone from veteran actor Mickey Rourke to newbie Nat Wolff (Paper Towns). The Perfect Guy, Sept. 11

Not everyone is who they seem and that is surely the case for this romantic thriller. Actress Sanaa Lathan plays successful lobbyist Leah Vaughn. After going through a painful breakup with her then boyfriend Dave (Morris Chestnut), she decides to hop into a new passionate relationship with Carter Duncan (Michael Ealy). Things turn sour as Vaughn realizes she can't handle her new beau's extreme sense of jealousy and anger issues. When Vaughn decides to call it quits, Duncan seeks revenge.

99 Homes, Sept. 25

After being abruptly and shamelessly evicted from his home by real-estate broker Rick Carver (Michael Shannon), construction worker Dennis Nash (Andrew Garfield) is at a standstill. Looking for anyway possible to keep a roof over his family's head and food in his son's mouth, Nash is forced to work with the same ruthless man, that put his family out on the street in the first place. Nash quickly learns the deeper he gets into the dirty business, the more dangerous it becomes.

Hotel Transylvania 2, Sept. 25

The hilarious cast of Hotel Transylvania is back with a sequel just in time for Halloween. Dracula (Adam Sandler) has finally opened the doors of the infamous hotel to humans after realizing how nice they can be and how hard daughter Mavis (Selena Gomez) fell for human Jonathan (Andy Samberg). Mavis and Jonathan welcome their half-human, half-vampire son Dennis to viewers. While Drac puts Dennis through boot camp to bring out his monster side, he gets a visit from his crazy father, played my Mel Brooks.

Victor Frankenstein: Meet Your Makers, Nov. 25

This is Frankenstein like you've never seen him before. The horror film is based on the contemporary adaptation of Mary Shelly's 1818 book, Frankenstein. The movie is told from the perspective of Frankenstein's (James McAvoy) troubled young lab assistant Igor (Daniel Radcliffe) who was there to witness the birth of the creature we know to today. The two soon get in trouble by the police after news brakes about them trying to create life from science experiments. Frankenstein and Igor ultimately become fugitives of the law.

Sleeping With Other People, Sept. 11

Prepare to laugh in this oddball romantic comedy starring Lainey (Alison Brie), a love obsessed young woman who has a problem with monogamy, and Jake (Jason Sudeikis), a misogynistic womanizer. The two randomly run into each other at a 12-step sex addiction meeting and decide to form a platonic relationship to help kick their habit. The trouble is, the friendship might not last due to underlying feelings that arise between the two of them.

Ashby, Sept. 25

This comedy drama surrounds single mom June Wallis (Sara Silverman) and her son Ed Wallis (Nat Wolff) as they move to a new town and try to adjust. Ed is asked to interview an older person for a class assignment and winds up on the doorstep of former CIA Assassin Ashby Holt (Mickey Rourke). The two soon hit off as Holt teaches him some valuable life lessons and the two eventually become friends. Ed develops a friendship and possible love interest in Eloise (Emma Roberts) while at school but the two get their wires crossed and have a falling out. As if things weren't bad enough with his friendships, Ed soon learns Holt only has a few months left to live.

Goodnight Mommy, Sept. 11

Do you think you'd be able to identify your own mother if she was covered in bandages? The task is easier said than done in this drama thriller. Twin boys Lukas (Lukas Schwarz) and Elias (Elias Schwarz) are like two peas in a pod. After moving to a new home the two 9-year-olds try their best to adjust. After waiting to welcome their mother (Susanne Wuest) home from getting cosmetic surgery, the boys are surprised to see her covered in bandages with only her eyes exposed. Things begging to get a little freaky and strange around the house with leads the twosome to question whether this woman is really their mother. A battle of identity and trust soon emerges.

Room, Oct. 16

Based on the novel of the same name by Emma Donoghue, the New York Times best seller tells the story of 5-year-old Jack (Jacob Tremblay) and his Ma (Brie Larson), who are being held captive in a very small room. Ma doesn't want her young son to know the extremities of their living conditions or how she became pregnant with him, so she tries everything in her power to make life as normal as possible for him. Jack doesn't know about anything outside of the room he was born and raised in.

Concussion, Dec. 25

This American sports-drama is based off the 2010 GQ article "Game Brain." The film surrounds Nigerian forensic and neuropathologist, Dr. Bennet Omalu (Will Smith), who made the brilliant first discovery of Chronic Traumatic Encepathology or CTE in two NFL football players. The progressive degenerative disease later led to the two athletes committing suicide. The controversial films explores how severe medical problems like head injuries and life-long debilitating issues can arise from players receiving countless concussions on the field. The film also features big names like Alec Baldwin, Luke Wilson, Albert Brooks, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Paul Reiser.

About Ray, Sept. 18

This coming-of-age drama surrounds Ray (Elle Fanning), a young New York teen in the middle of transitioning from a female to a male, while his mother Maggie (Naomi Watts) tries to come to terms with having a son instead of a daughter. Maggie and Ray also live with Maggie's lesbian mom Dolly (Susan Sarandon). The three battle the life-changing transition together as the film explores the different emotions and struggles faced when learning to accept Ray for who he is.

Ride Along 2, Jan. 15, 2016

Crime duo Ben Barber (Kevin Hart) and James Payton (Ice Cube) are back in the hilarious sequel to their box office hit, Ride Along. Barber is anxiously anticipating marrying Payton's younger sister Angela Payton (Tika Sumpter), but mysterious new crime suspect might get in the way of him arriving to his wedding on time. Barber and James Payton venture off to Miami to apprehend the culprit known as Serge Pope, but they can't do it without the help of Miami law enforcer, Maya (Olivia Munn). As Barber tries to get under James Payton's good graces, he's also determined to make it back to Atlanta to marry his bride-to-be.
