Could Ariana Grande's new album Moonlight release date be set for October? According to the "One Last Time" singer's Twitter, the answer may be yes. Yesterday (Sept. 2), Grande teased her beloved Arianators on social media, saying she's excited for the "near future," indicating that her My Everything follow-up is on its way.
Grande posted a series of messages on her Twitter that heavily implied that her third studio album is due for release this fall. "Babies i'm so excited for the nearby future... (also embracing and loving the present)... but I'm really effing excited for the near future," she wrote before hinting a little more heavily toward what she meant.
According to MTV, Grande reportedly posted another tweet that directly stated that her Moonlight era will begin next month before deleting the message. This new tweet indicated that Moonlight itself won't be released in October but her lead single very much could be. The new album is supposed to drop before the end of the year, however.
Moonlight will be Grande's third studio album in as many years. She released Yours Truly in 2013 and My Everything last year.
