Ariana Grande's grueling Honeymoon Tour schedule may have made her fall ill, but worry not. The "One Last Time" singer is a "bulletproof b*tch." Despite fighting a cough and various ailments and colds throughout the duration of her live trek, the pop star has been given a clean bill of health from her doctor and is allowed to continue touring for her millions of adoring fans.
It's no surprise that her intense schedule resulted in a bug that forced the singer to pull out of her Sacremento gig earlier this week, which according to KCRA, was set to begin at 7:30 p.m. "I'm just too sick :9 I never Want to dissapoint [sic] you. Rescheduling the show for Thursday and I really hope I can make it up to you then...& I love you so so much," Grande announced on Twitter shortly before the show was set to begin.
Later in the day, Grande continued to try and nurse herself back to health, writing, "Not feeling well. in bed trying to get better for my Portland babes tomorrow! throat coat tea and OITNB marathon is in order. Goodnight bbs!"
Despite her ailments, Grande's doctor has cleared the singer to go back on tour and offered her words of encouragement, declaring the "Love Me Harder" singer a "bullet proof b*tch." This may be questionable choice of wording for a specialist but at the same time, it could be a great title for the pop singer's next track.
She also wrote on Twitter: "despite being horribly sick my chords are pretty & perfectly healthy! no idea how but damn I'm thanking the heavens!! thank u lordtt! ...my doctor looked at my vocal chords today after a week of coughing and months straight of singing and called me a 'bullet proof b***h'"
As of late, Grande's popularity has fluctuated back and fourth--she's been called a diva, scrutinized for her donutgate scandal and even been compared to Bill Cosby on a scale of contempt. The latter is pretty harsh, but the singer has since apologized for her Fourth of July stint.
Grande's impending single "Focus on You" is due out shortly, hailing from her third studio album Moonlight.
