In the course of one hour, Taylor Swift uploaded five separate selfies and videos of her recently acquired a 2015 Creative Arts Emmy Award, explaining that she has "no chill" when it comes to celebrating her latest endeavor.
Thursday night, Swift won the Emmy for Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media - Original Interactive Program for her app, AMEX Unstaged: Taylor Swift Experience, which she executive produced and starred in. The interactive video app allows users to venture through the mansion where the "Blank Space" music video was filmed through a set of 360 degree cameras.
In response to receiving the coveted Emmy award at the speed of light, Swift wrote: "When they overnight you an Emmy - I did not know this was a thing." The awards arrival sparked the series of social media celebration posts with her group of companions. "We have no chill," the "Bad Blood" singer wrote alongside the last picture showcasing the award and her entire back-up dancing team. "The Emmy has rendered us chill-less." Initially upon hearing the news, Swift though it was a joke but was quickly proved otherwise, NME reports. Aside from the "Wildest Dreams" singer, the Foo Fighters and Stevie Wonder were among the list of winners at Los Angeles' 2015 Creative Arts Emmy Awards. Dave Grohl and Company took home two Emmy's for their HBO documentary series Sonic Highways while Stevie Wonder: Songs in the Key of Life: An All-Star Grammy Tribute special swept the Outstanding Music Direction category. As Rolling Stone notes, HBO's Bessie Smith biopic Bessie reeled in four Emmys such as Outstanding Television Movie and Outstanding Music Composition for a Limited Series, Movie or Special while Inside Amy Schumer won Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for "Girl, You Don't Have to Wear Makeup."
