It appears there may be a new power couple on the horizon. Drake supported rumored new girlfriend, Serena Williams' fashion line launch for Serena Signature for HSN at New York Fashion Week, and the two definitely had tongues wagging as the "6 god" sat front row and center alongside famed Vogue editor Anna Wintour. The two caused quite the stir as they affectionately embraced backstage after Drake congratulated his rekindled love interest on a job well done.
The two even celebrated later as they were captured packing on the PDA inside an elevator looking far from just friends.
TMZ reports the Toronto made his very first appearance on the scene for NYFW. The rapper donned all black matching Williams' attire where he sat supportively in the audience watching, as he had done several times before at Williams' matches throughout the year.
Williams, obviously aware that her man would be in attendance, made sure to have the models ripping the runway to hits "Hotline" and "Back to Back" which according to reports by Page Six caused controversy as Drake allegedly blasted the DJ of the show for not playing the edited version of the tracks.
The tennis player and her rumored rapper beau sparked public interest at the end of August after the two were spotted getting hot and heavy inside a restaurant after Drake was there to support her at the Western and Southern Open in Cincinnati where she advanced to the next round.
However, all things came crashing to an end last week where she was met defeat when she lost at the US Open semifinal to Roberta Vinci, where the blame was then placed squarely on Drake as the reason for Williams' lackluster performance.
