Tink recently took over a strip club and made it rain in a new video for “L.E.A.S.H” from her latest mixtape, Winter's Diary 3.
In the nearly two and a half-minute clip, Tink flashes stacks of money and throws a generous amount at the dancing ladies as they twerk and work the poles. Around the minute and a half mark, things slow down and the visual effects get a little trippy. Elsewhere, she posts up with a pitbull and toys with an actual leash.
Despite the video's NSFW nature, Tink drops a pretty effective female empowerment message and proves herself as a dominant figure among men.
In recent months, the Chicago rapstress released her WD3 mixtape, a follow-up to 2014's Winter's Diary 2: Forever Yours. Earlier this summer, Tink was featured among XXL's Freshman class list and told the outlet that she's been prepping the release of a full length studio effort. She opened up about her debut album, Think Tink, and initially revealed that the project would drop in July. Apparently, the project's release has been delayed.
Since she's emerged on the scene, Tink has earned comparisons to artists such as Lauryn Hill and Aaliyah. In May, she released her remix of the late singer's 1996 hit, "One in a Million." Timbaland, who has been very protective over the use of the late singer's music, defended the remix at SXSW, saying the "Rock the Boat" singer approved in a dream.
"I don't touch baby girl's records-y'all know that's Aaliyah," Timbaland said. "I was riding home one day, asleep. She spoke to me in my sleep and said, 'She's the one.'"
