One Direction's Harry Styles Checks on His Sister's Date Mid-Concert at Apple Music Festival

As People reports, Styles paused the show to apologize to fans for seeming distracted. But, he couldn't help it. His sister was out with a new man.

"I'm sorry if I seem distracted. My sister's here on a date and I'm trying to keep an eye on it," he said as he searched the crowd for a familiar face. "They're up there somewhere, so just behave yourself. It's disgusting."

Styles didn't seem to be the only One Direction on the prowl for Gemma's safety - Liam Payne also chimed in that all four remaining members of the British boy band were keeping an eye on Styles' big sister and her man.

One Direction were performing at the Apple Music Festival, shortly after the conclusion of its North American tour earlier this month.

When not performing live or intimidating couples, One Direction is prepping for the release of its new album Made in the A.M. Earlier this week, the band announced that its FOUR follow-up (and final album before that lengthy hiatus) will be released on Nov. 13. The band also debuted the second song from the album, promotional track "Infinity."
