The announcement of an Outkast reunion was a boss move in itself and now Big Boi is branching out to make solo boss moves of his own. The ATLien rapper has signed a management deal with Jordan Feldstein's Career Artist Management.
Some of Career Artist Management's clients include Maroon 5 and Robin Thicke.
The two seem excited to work with one another.
"Jordan is a go-getter, mover and shaker, and my kind of guy," Big Boi said in a statement. "I love his energy. We have a lot of new material and content coming this year, and can't wait to get things started."
Feldstein spoke highly of Big Boi also saying, "I'm proud to have a hip-hop icon like Big Boi join our management roster. We are all ready and excited to get started and continue to expand Big Boi's overall brand as an artist."
Outkast has become a hot topic in the music world again since the duo announced a 40-date festival run marking the 20th anniversary of their 1994 album debut "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik."
This is the first time the duo has reunited since 2007.
Feldstein recently made some headlines of his own. Back in January, Feldstein got into an altercation with Sharon Osbourne during Clive Davis' pre-Grammy gala at the Beverly Hilton.
According to reports, Osbourne tipped over a plate of food on Feldstein's lap and threw water at his head.
Following the incident, Sara Bareilles, one of Feldstein's clients, announced she was parting ways with her manager.
