Justin Bieber: What Do You Mean?
Bieber was painting at a youth gang intervention center in Los Angeles as a part of his community service from his 2014 egging case, The Daily Mail reports, and wanted to show off to his Beliebers that he's working hard to change.
Making a little light of his current legal plight, the 21-year-old pop star posted a video of himself painting the center while Jay Z's "Hard Knock Life" plays in the background.
After some people accused Bieber of just mugging for the camera to make it look like he was doing his time, he reiterated that he really is working on his own and published two more videos to prove it. But more interesting than Bieber turning a white wall beige is that he was painting to some of his own unreleased new music.
"For the people who think I picked the paint brush to look like I am painting I'm really in this sh*t," Bieber captioned a video of himself further painting the corners of the wall. It seems as though he's grooving to one of his own unreleased tunes, which pulls from his Jack U collaboration "Where Are U Now" with some big synthy vibes.
Bieber also teased some Purpose material that is a little more serious. In the second teaser, he goes for the ballad.
"Look at all the children we can change / With motivation," Bieber sings with a sense of determination and plenty of runs in a ballad track.
This is the first taste Bieber fans have gotten of his new album outside of his lead single "What Do You Mean?" Purpose will be released on Nov. 13.
