The Morrison Hotel Gallery, known for showcasing fine art music photography across the country, has partnered with New York City's Dream Downtown hotel to present an exhibit on Kurt Cobain. Photographer Jesse Frohman will launch his tribute to the artist with a collection of photographs he took of the late Nirvana singer, shortly before his death 20 years ago.
These iconic images have become some of the most sought-after pictures of Cobain and are a testament to his final days and his impact on grunge and pop culture in the '90s. The exhibit opens to the public April 4 and runs through May 6 at the Morrison Hotel Gallery inside Dream Downtown Hotel.
All images will be available for sale online as well as in the gallery. View some exclusive highlights of the exhibit in the slideshow above, and let us know what you think in the comments section!
