Things seemed to be going well for rapper the Game and his fiancée Tiffney Cambridge once they got things back on track but apparently there is more than what meets the eye.
TMZ reports that the Compton rapper and Dr. Dre´s former protégé is currently under investigation for domestic violence.
The site says sources reported that Tiffney Cambridge, Game´s fiancée, filed a police report last weekend.
Sources say the report was filed following a March 19th incident. Cambridge claims that at that time she was attacked by Game.
She told authorities the two were having an argument and Game turned violent.
Someone close to Cambridge told the site that Game hit Tiffney repeatedly in the face. Her eye socket was reportedly injured and her nose was broken.
Law enforcement sources say police took photos of her face.
According to TMZ, the L.A. County Sheriff's Department has launched a criminal investigation.
Sources say while the Game acknowledges there was an incident, he denies laying a finger on her.
"I don't want to give fuel to these false accusations, but the truth will definitely come out," the rapper explained to TMZ. "I am always looking out for my children's safety and have never laid a hand on Tiffney."
Further details on this incident are still pending.
This incident follows news of the Game volunteering to fight Trayvon Martin´s killer George Zimmerman.
Back in February, the Game told TMZ that he would "beat the f**k out of him."
