Weezer records Voice-o-Graph version of 'Susanne' at Third Man Records [WATCH]

Jack White and Neil Young aren't the only ones putting Third Man's Record Booth to work. Over the weekend, Weezer played a pair of shows in Nashville. While they were in town, they stopped by Third Man to record a 1947 Voice-o-Graph version of "Susanne," which originally appeared as the B-side to "Undone (The Sweater Song)."

The band posted their booth session on Instagram. One clip shows the group is crammed into the booth while onlookers film them with their phones. Another clip shows frontman Rivers Cuomo checking "the mix on the one of a kind vinyl record the guys made in the booth at Third Man."

As Pitchfork notes, Weezer is now working on a new album with The Cars' Ric Ocasek, the producer behind their blue and green self-titled albums. They are also currently on tour in North America.

Check out the two clips here and compare it to the original below. Let us know what you think in the comments section!
