Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are expecting a baby. With only months left in her pregnancy, Burruss recently revealed that they are having a boy, discussed possible baby names and gave spoilers for the upcoming season of RHOA.
UPI reported that the reality star, producer and singer sat down for an interview on a radio show and spoke about the pregnancy and the new season of RHOA.
During the interview with The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, one of the co-hosts informed that rumors claimed she was having twins. She quickly shot down that speculation and revealed what she and Tucker were really having: a boy.
The former Xscape member explained how she and her husband both already have girls from previous relationships and they were really rooting for a boy. She explained how, as of right now, they do not have any definitive baby names picked out, but she's certain on what she does not want to name her child.
When asked is she would name the baby Todd Jr., she replied, "I don't want to" and neither does Tucker. According to Burruss, he doesn't want a junior.
"We can't agree on names right now," the mother-to-be explained. "We keep going back and forth, so if anybody got some good names, tweet them to me."
39-year-old Burruss also revealed some spoilers for season 8 of the Bravo reality show, stating that she feels like she's in a girl group all over again, and although she gets along with most of them, there's still a lot of drama that unfolds on the show. When speaking about newcomer Kim Fields, Burruss stated, "She's nice, she's a cool person" and "very drama-free."
So who's bringing the drama this season? According to Burruss, the group of drama queens have not gone anywhere despite rumors. When asked about original cast member Nene Leakes, Burruss responded, "She ain't gone...child bye." She went on to reveal that this season is kind of crazy because of many past faces who suddenly reappear. In addition to Leakes, returning featured star Marlo Hampton will also have a reoccurring role on the show.
Burruss stated the season premiere is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 8 on Bravo, and it's going to be "so good."
