With the Blake Shelton dating rumors finally confirmed, Gwen Stefani has a lot to talk about. The singer gushed about her new boyfriend in an interview with Dallas/Fort Worth radio station 103.7 KVIL this past Friday (Nov. 6). She was interviewed by the #Uncorked hosts Leigh Ann and Courtney for a segment that will air this upcoming Monday (Nov. 9).
"He's a pretty rad guy, I have to say that," Stefani said during the interview, continuing with, "There's been loads of people that have helped with this tragedy. There's definitely key people that have pointed me into the right direction," in regards to a divorce from her husband of 13 years Gavin Rossdale.
She further said, "Blake really helped me. Not to change the subject, but it's kinda on the same subject, Pharrell was literally like a guardian angel." The star majorly leaned on her The Voice co-hosts for support during the split.
Stefani and Shelton denied dating rumors for months but were unable to completely discount the whispers after E! Online published photos of them on Halloween. According to a source for the publication, the two party-hopped together the entire weekend, from George Clooney's Casamingos party to Jared Leto's party where they left together. The pair confirmed their relationship soon after.
US Weekly reported that Stefani and Shelton officially debuted as a couple after the 2015 CMA Awards this past Wednesday (Nov. 4). This was only hours after a representative for the No Doubt frontwoman confirmed to the publication that the two were dating in a simple statement that read, "Gwen and Blake are longtime friends who have very recently started dating." While the relationship between the two was finally confirmed, Stefani's rep wouldn't comment further.
