It's no surprise that Snoop Dogg is a big fan of April 20. There are few people who could celebrate the holiday as big as he can. This year, he has something special planned for the day unofficially devoted to marijuana. He and Wiz Khalifa will be hosting two "Wellness Retreat" concerts: one in Washington and one in Colorado -- conveniently the two states that have legalized the drug for recreational use.
The Wellness Retreat kicks off April 19 at Seattle's WaMu Theatre then heads to Red Rocks in Denver for 4/20. YG and Smoke DZA will also join in at the Denver show. The Seattle date currently boasts "additional special guests to be announced."
With the slogan "Inhale. Exhale. Recharge" and a poster that directs fans to "Get higher with recreational gurus Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa," even nonsmokers will probably get some sort of contact high at the event.
