"Unqualified," the single from Perry LaHaie's latest album, Ahead, has a brand new sound courtesy of Sean Moffitt, the engineer whose credits include mixes for Chris Tomlin ("Burning Lights"), Mandisa ("Overcomer"), Natalie Grant ("Hurricane"), and Steven Curtis Chapman ("The Glorious Unfolding").

The remix, which uses production elements from Grammy-winning engineer and producer Andy Hunt, has industry insiders singing its praises.

A-Sides Radio Promotion's Jeff McLaughlin is a huge fan. He said, "I love this remix of Perry's single, 'Unqualified.' Sean Moffitt took it to a whole new level and I'm excited to service it to Christian radio." Jack Haveman, General Manager of Moody Radio West Michigan added, "Unqualified. NOTHING can make you unqualified. What more graceful message can there be? Perry's heart is revealed in this Spirit empowered song. And this remix is amazing!"

As for LaHaie, he's also thrilled about the new version of the song and the impact it is having on listeners. "As I hear from those who've been impacted by 'Unqualified,' I keep hearing that God's people feel unqualified to serve Him," LaHaie shared. "I can identify with feeling unqualified. I believe many of Jesus' followers can identify. And the fact is, on my own, I am unqualified; we all are. But if we hold back in fear because of this great lie of the enemy, then he succeeds in keeping us from bringing the Kingdom into this broken world. Through the poured out life of Jesus, He has qualified us to know Him and to bring His good news to the nations!"

The song's success has opened doors for LaHaie that he wasn't expecting. He has been invited to share his faith on national television shows such as LeSea Broadcasting's The Harvest Show and Cornerstone Television Network's Real Life, proving that in God, we become qualified by His grace and His love.
