One of the most anticipated movies of 2016 is easily the upcoming "Phase Three" project Captain America: Civil War, which reunites stars from the Avengers films like Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, and other Marvel Cinematic Universe stars like Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie and more. We'll even get to see Chadwick Boseman in character for the first time as Black Panther, Paul Rudd returning as Ant-Man and newcomer Tom Holland guest starring and premiering the new rebooted Spider-Man character. The first trailer, which we thought would debut ahead of Star Wars: The Force Awakens during the 2015 holiday season next month, dropped this week and features some crazy battles, including Captain America vs Iron Man! Here is the official synopsis of the film from Marvel Entertainment:
Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
