Little is known at the moment but the hip-hop community is certainly praying for Chance the Rapper.
Vibe magazine reports that Chance the Rapper cancelled his second Coachella set after being hospitalized for an unknown illness.
His set was scheduled for April 20 at 3:10 PST but about an hour after his performance was to begin, his management team took to Twitter to announce that he would not be able to make it.
"On behalf of @chancetherapper and our entire team- We sincerely regret to have to cancel our 2nd weekend at coachella. -CTR MGMT," a tweet sent from Chance the Rapper's page said.
The tweets were sent out after a photo of the rapper on a gurney was shared on Instagram.
According to his management, the 21-year-old rapper had been ill since Friday.
"Chance fell ill on Friday night & was admitted to the hospital today- Doctors & family are with him & he is expected to make a full recovery," management tweeted.
During his first Coachella set, he was joined on stage with Justin Bieber.
Miley Cyrus recently postponed her U.S. "Bangerz" tour as she recovers from an allergic reaction to antibiotics.
Announcement of her tour delay comes as she is still hospitalized.
Prior to the announcement, she cancelled shows in Charlotte, North Carolina, Kansas City and St. Louis.
CNN reports that Miley's representatives have confirmed that the European leg of the tour will proceed as planned starting with a May 2 date in Amsterdam.
